I started training at TROY’S years ago and it’s not an understatement to say they have changed my life!
Before I started training at TROY’S, I hated the thought of exercise – I just didn’t enjoy it. However, in the last few years, I’ve competed in the Great North Run, completed three 5K ‘Tough Mudder’ style obstacle courses and participated in a 13 mile cross country trek. Secretly, I’ve loved every minute!
The sessions at TROY’S are always different and the team will push you to step it up a level, which is exactly what I needed. I’ve lost over 4 stone whilst training at TROY’S and have honestly never felt this healthy.
