I completed the 6 Week Transformation Challenge and now I’m on the Lifestyle Transformation Programme as a long term member. I honestly can’t believe the results!

I’m an avid runner and now thanks to the help of TROY’S, I’m getting PB’s on my running and recently completed yet another half marathon. Not only do I now have the fitness to complete such events, but I also have the strength to do so too thanks to the team guiding me through weights and resistance work.

I can’t thank the team enough. For anyone thinking about joining I would definitely recommend. You won’t regret it!
